About

The CRBIP-PMO provides essential scientific, technical, business, and regulatory support to ensure the CRBIP biobanks operate efficiently and comply with all relevant standards. This includes bioinformatics support, research, and development; data management; business development; and the valorisation of biological resources and services. We also coordinate transversal projects and contracts and manage external relations to align our projects with national and international frameworks.

Our team actively participates in numerous national and international working groups including ISO Technical Committees, ISBER Biospecimen Science WG, WGs on the Nagoya Protocol, MESR; networks such as 3CR, FR BioNet, DSI Scientific Network; and infrastructures such as RARe and MIRRI-ERIC. We maintain our expertise through scientific and technological monitoring, contributing to publications and presentations at international conferences. We also contribute substantially with bioinformatics developments and tools (visit the GIPhy and BIGSdb-Pasteur websites).
